For Automated Extraction of Viral DNA/RNA from Plasma, Serum and Body Fluids
MagCore® Viral Nucleic Acid Kits are designed to isolate viral DNA and/or RNA from plasma, serum, and cell-free body fluids. Large volume extraction kits are developed to accommodate the small amount of nucleic acid in respect to volume. All plastic consumables included in the kits are DNase/RNase-free to minimize the risk of nucleic acid degradation. Our patented magnetic beads will bind to the short DNA fragments with high affinity. This highly specific binding technology will ensure that all important genetic information is collected efficiently.

Table 1. HBV nucleic acid purified by MagCore® automated extraction system and competitor Q viral nucleic acid extraction product. HBV samples of 200µl from the same donors in serial 10-fold dilutions were used for viral DNA isolation. Ct Values were obtained from Real-Time PCR results. No significant difference was observed in the Ct values between results from MagCore® and competitor Q products. Non template control (NTC) was included as a reference.
